Welcome to the Cloud-Computing Wiki!
Have you ever had the issue of saving you files onto your computer and it loses your files in the process? Hopefully you have found a more efficient alternative on saving your files on a different service like Dropbox, iCloud, and Google Drive. This is called cloud-based storage. It allows users to save files and data on a third-party service provider without necessarily buying more equipment or RAM. The technology in creating and maintaining cloud-based storage is called cloud-computing.
